Room Planner is a great app for playing around and getting a really good feel for how your room will look. In order to get the most out of the app, you will have to pay for the pro version,  but if you’re only going to be using it for a short time then it is definitely worth the upgrade.
With the app, you can start with a blank room and really visualise your ideal space and see the reality of all look like, You are able to change the colours of the walls and place furniture around the room, you can even take photos of the finished room to see how it would look in the real world. 

Paint Tester

This is a nice lightweight app suitable if you are just looking at how a colour scheme would fit into a room, All you have to do is take a picture of the room then use the paint bucket in the app to apply the various colours to the individual walls in the picture to see how how it would look. A great way to quickly try out different colour schemes.

Graham & Brown Decorating

This app makes interior designing a snap, it uses the latest augmented reality to quickly and easily snap a picture and visualise your walls with any paint colour or wallpaper design. Is Packed full of useful features where you can quickly mark out the walls that you want to virtually decorate, you can easily remove wall art, doors and furniture, it has hundreds of wallpapers in different textures and colours to choose from, it even has a handy measurement tool to help estimate how much paint or wallpaper you will need..
